Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups

Learn practical DBT exercises for learning Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. All groups have open registration and are limited to a maximum of 8 persons at any given time. These groups are provided in conjunction with DBT therapist Janette Howarth, Ph.D., who trained with Marsha Linehan, Ph.D. Take home materials are provided.
