Kelley believes in the transformative power of therapy, and is committed to helping people heal and thrive in spite of challenging circumstances or relationships. Kelley counsels from a family systems perspective, which recognizes that everyone is part of a larger system that includes family, community, work, and culture. Her theoretical orientation is solution-focused in nature, with emphasis on exploring each person’s strengths and resources, patterns of interaction in relationships, belief systems, communication styles, and conflict-management skills. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment in which you can examine and clarify the issues that concern you, seek solutions, and create positive change and growth in your life and relationships.
She enjoys living in the Pacific Northwest, has been married for 14 years, and is the mother of five beautiful children, including triplets.
